With the exception of cills and glazing bars all framing, sash stiles and rails are in laminated knot free (clear graded) Larch or solid Douglas Fir at our option.

Profile:
Ovolo moulded sash and slender 22mm wide ovolo moulded glazing bars internally. External glazing bars with putty line profile.

External Liner:
Plain square liners

Cills:
Flush hardwood painted

Balances:
Heavy duty pre-tensioned spiral spring balances

Ironmongery:
Fitted brass traditional sash catch. Sash lifts provided loose for site fitting. (2 catches on windows over
1125mm wide)

Weatherseal:
Full standard sealing with Sashglide® insert weatherpile

Paint:
Three coats white paint

Glass:
Mandatory factory double glazed units with Low ‘E’ clear annealed glass.

Sizes:
Standard module sizes or made to measure available
