Our Balcony Doors are design and tested to:

• BS 6375 Parts 1 & 2
• Air permeability: EN 1026:2000 600 pa.
• Water tightness: EN 1027:2000 300 pa.
• Wind resistance: EN 12211:2000 1200 pa.
• Window Energy Rating Band B
• Optimum U-Value – 1.4 W/m2k (using a 24 mm Double glass unit comprising 4 mm Tough/16 mm Argon/4mm Tough Planitherm One). The Balcony Doors will achieve a G-Value of 0.50 with this glass speciation.
• Optimum G-Value - 0.71 (using 24mm double glass unit comprising 4mm Tough/16mm Argon/4mm Tough Planitherm Total+). The Balcony Doors will achieve a U-Value of 1.4 W/m2k with this glass specification.
• Optimum Acoustic Rating – RW(C;Ctr) 40db (-2;-5) (using 24.8mm Sound Control double glazed unit comprising 6.8mm Sound Control Laminated/14mm Argon/4mm Tough Planitherm Total+)
• Optional - Security testing to PAS24:2016
